Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and analytical UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. You will be responsible for designing the overall functionality of the product and ensuring a great user experience. This role involves collaborating closely with our product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:
 Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with. product managers and engineers.
 Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
 Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets, etc.
 Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like, primarily using Figma.
 Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables) within Figma.
 Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
 Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
 Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

Qualifications:
 Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
 Portfolio of design projects showcasing expertise in Figma.
 Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc and InVision), with a strong emphasis on Figma.
 Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and especially Figma.
 Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
 Good time-management skills.
 BSc in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field.

Skills:
 Exceptional visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
 Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design processes, including wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs.
 Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
 Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
 Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously,
