Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Specialist located in Lucknow. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing and maintaining customer relationships, generating new business through prospective customers, providing training and support to new customers, and managing sales pipeline and forecasting for their region.

Qualifications
 Excellent Communication and Customer Service and channel sales skills
 Proven Sales experience and Sales Management skills
 Experience in providing training and support to new customers
 Strong organizational and time management skills
 Bachelor's. degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field
 Experience with LED lighting or a related field is a plus

Applicants must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong Distributor Network and customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate would have experience in B2C sales and experience in working with technical products, as well as a strong drive to succeed in a highly competitive industry,
