Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, build strong relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of events, including logistics, accommodations, and entertainment.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in MICE sales or event management, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of the MICE industry, including venues, suppliers, and event. planning.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus,
