5+ years of experience as Business Development Sales Manager for US or Canada clients.
10+ years worked for US Staffing Process.
Maximum generation of direct client requirements.
Should have worked for US based clients.
Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and clients to enhance business relations.
Generate requirements from new clients through cold calling.
Manage a team targets and can generate good revenue.
Understand the requirement and client's need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.,
