Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Executive located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online support, technical support, customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues. Day-to-day tasks include answering phones, responding to. emails, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications
Experience in providing customer support and customer service
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate information clearly and effectively
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experience with technical support and troubleshooting preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study,
