Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Manager role for Hamora Decor "N" Furniture in association with KAP Multi Product, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team, driving sales and revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales and sales management
Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA is a plus
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Experience leading a sales team and implementing sales strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Experience working in the furniture or home decor. industry is a plus,
