Software Project Manager

The Low Latency Group within the London Stock Exchange Group has an immediate opening for a Software Project Manager. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic problem-solvers with an interest in capital markets data to join us as we continue providing technology innovation and support to the worlds leading global capital markets companies. In this role, you will be part of a growing talented team that is tasked with delivering best in class market data solutions to the financial services industry.

Responsibilities Include
 Gather requirements and prepare business requirement documents.
 Work across multi-functional teams to ensure alignment of deliverables
 Run Agile process, track project status for reporting and alignment with internal and external stakeholders
 Manage internal and external competing priorities
 Take notes, document decisions, follow up on assigned tasks

Work Qualifications
 The ideal candidate will have 5- 10 years of experience as a PM in the. capital markets technology industries
 Professional certification such as CAPM/PMP/PBA from the Project Management Institute is desirable
 Market Data and Exchange Connectivity experience preferred.
 Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately
 Independent self-starter who can manage multiple projects with aggressive deadlines
 Eagerness to learn the business and understand/improve business requirements
 Experience working with cross-functional, globally-distributed teams
 Experience with Jira or other ticketing platforms is required
