Responsibilities
Work with clients and internal teams, to conceptualise a social media strategy, including contests, promotions and content, that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns
Research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients industries
Create timely and engaging content optimized for platforms used and a relevant target audience
Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client
Analyse and report social media actions and insights on a monthly basis
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and tools
Attend clients events and publish live content in real-time on clients social media platforms
