Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Indore. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing and analyzing campaigns on various social media platforms, creating and managing content calendars, engaging with followers and analyzing metrics to optimize campaigns. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as creative, product, and web to develop campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement will also be part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
 1+ year of experience in social media marketing, with demonstrated examples of successful campaigns
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Experience with social media management. platforms
 Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize campaigns
 Experience in creating and managing content calendars
 Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus
 Strong project management skills,
