Perceivestar India Pvt Ltd is an Indian certified company specializing in evaluation, non-destructive testing, IT, and sales and distribution of industrial and medical X-ray accessories. Our constant effort is to provide our customers with constant support and excellent services.
Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales and Support Engineer. The Sales and Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, managing sales operations, maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Remote work is acceptable but need to travel as an when require.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and technical support experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in sales operations, including lead generation and management
Ability to work independently and remotel
Knowledge of non-destructive testing and sales and distribution of industrial and medical. X-ray accessories is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field,
