Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role with our company located in New Delhi as a Digital Marketing Manager. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing a team that includes content creators, designers and social media coordinators.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership role or a consulting firm.
 Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including web, email, mobile, social media, and display/advertising.
 Experience with Analytics programs like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and PPC campaigns on Google Ads.
 Experience in managing a team and delegating their work.
 Experience. in using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot and Marketo.
 Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
 Creative mindset, detail-oriented, and ability to navigate ambiguity in fast paced situations,
