Role Description
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include managing and nurturing client relationships, creating and executing strategic account plans, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. This is a full-time, remote role.
Qualifications
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience with account management or sales in a B2B context
Knowledge of sales and marketing pipelines, metrics, and reporting
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
Experience with lead generation and/or demand generation campaigns preferred,
