Sniper Systems and Solutions, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in product sales. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of industry experience into corporate sales, specifically in selling products such as Apple, Samsung, Lenovo, Dell, Adobe, Autodesk, and other leading brands.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients and customers in the assigned market segment.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to drive. sales and meet customer needs.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the network and generate leads.
Occasionally, conduct field visits to meet with clients, understand their requirements, and provide personalized solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for technology and sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and positive attitude.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel occasionally for field visits.
