Position Overview:
NCheng LLP is looking for an adaptable and motivated Project Management candidate who will be accountable for supporting Management in carrying out different Projects either in-house or with external clients. The role involves multiple responsibilities, such as Administration, Research, working with various Software, Vendor Management, and assisting stakeholders/Board in daily operations.
As a Senior Associate - PM, you will be responsible for:
Manage and oversee provided projects within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including project team members, clients, vendors, and senior management.
Handle various software tools, such as Replicon, Monday.com, Thinkific, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, Expensify, QBO, etc., to facilitate project management, reporting, and collaboration.
Perform administrative duties, such as preparing contracts, proposals, and documentation.
Conduct research and analysis on relevant topics, such as industry trends, best practices, and regulations.
Evaluate project outcomes and identify lessons learned, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A bachelors degree in business, accounting, or a related field
At least 2 years of project management experience, preferably in an Accounting/Finance firm.
A certification in project management, such as PMP, CAPM, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various project management software tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Availability to work in the US shift (Eastern Time Zone)
