Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key accounts, developing and executing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to gather customer insights and identify potential areas of growth.

Qualifications
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather customer insights
 Proven track record in account. management, business planning, and customer service
 Experience managing key accounts
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work well in a team and build relationships with clients
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
 Experience in the plumbing or building industry is a plus,
