Regenesys Corporate Education is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager for our corporate education division. The ideal candidate will have a background in Corporate Education/Enterprise B2B sales/Partnerships and a strong track record of success in driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships within the education industry.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential corporate clients, understanding their training needs and offering tailored solutions for Delhi NCR Region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations. Leadership Program , Capability development Program , Tech training.
Collaborate with the internal team to develop innovative corporate education programs that meet client requirements and. align with industry trends.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in corporate education.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience (6-9 years) in Corporate Education/Enterprise B2B sales/Partnerships.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the corporate education landscape and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
