Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Intern role located in Greater Kolkata Area. The Sales Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales,lead generation and sales management. The Sales Intern will perform the following duties :-
Identify,develop and generate new business opportunities through networking, meeting, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts
Networking & Liaising with industry stakeholders
Proactively initiate contact with potential clients
Build and maintain good relationship with clients till the process of empanelment
Persuade clients sign search contracts on exclusive and/or retainer basis
Assist clients in formulating their expectation and contractual requirement in order for the appropriate candidates to be suitably matched with the role
Responsible to meet the business target
Maintain MIS and report on daily basis
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide high-quality customer service
Experience or interest in sales or Business Development
Ability to learn and understand product knowledge
Skills in sales management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
A self-starter with desire for success who can spot new opportunities
Proven record in business development
Well organized, self-motivated and a growth hacker
Strong negotiation skills
Presentable and confident,
