Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Gurugram. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and online support to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Shift Timings-3pm-12am

Qualifications
 Customer Support and Customer Service skills
 Technical Support and Online Support skills
 Excellent communication and interpersonal. skills
 Patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills
 Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
 Bachelor's degree in any field
 1+ years of experience in a customer support role
 Must Exp in MS Excel and formulas
 Pivot Table/VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP
 Exp in Voice Process
