Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wastewater treatment sector.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences.
Sales and Marketing:
Execute sales strategies to promote our bioculture solutions and generate leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and presentations.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and showcase our products.
Product Knowledge and Training:
Develop a deep understanding of our bioculture products, their applications, and benefits.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and sales team members.
Stay updated on advancements in wastewater treatment technologies and regulations.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market developments.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wastewater treatment or environmental industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to clients.
