Base Compensation Range- 6 Lakhs - 12 Lakhs, based on years of experience
Additionally yearly bonus 1-3 Lakhs
Experience in Health Care industry and or Digital sales experience will be given preference

Bootstrapped, founded and led by three childhood friends and ex-professional athletes Aameen, Sidharth, and Rochan, Granimals have a team of experienced physiotherapists, trainers and coaches, that provide customised online programs tailored to each. individual's needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer success to optimise sales efforts and enhance the customer experience.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team success.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or fitness industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value and driving revenue growth.
Willingness to travel if needed.
