Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, coordinating and scheduling the work of employees, ensuring that products are produced efficiently, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field
Proven experience (5+ years) in production management or a related field
Strong knowledge of production processes and best practices
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Demonstrated experience in managing a team of employees and improving productivity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or. other efficiency frameworks is a plus
Experience in the food industry is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
loyalty to company foremost,
