- Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server instances.
Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring maximum availability and responsiveness.
Implement and maintain database standards and security measures to protect sensitive data.
Perform database backups, restores, and refreshes.
Must have good experience on Always On, Log-Shipping, cluster, Replication, Mirroring
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize database design and query performance.
Create and maintain documentation related to database configurations and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a SQL Server Database Administrator.
Experience with Oracle database administration is a plus.
Proficiency in T-SQL scripting.
Must have good experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization
Strong. understanding of database security principles and best practices.
Team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills,
