- KRAS :
Strategize and Oversee all Social Media Marketing Activities Coordinate with appointed agency, if any, to get the same planned and executed
Ensure that all Social Media channels are optimally utilised, using latest trends along with proper brand creatives, both for Brand Development as well as User Engagement
Monitor all good practices of various other good brands / competition, to ensure development of our Brand over Social Media Channels
At regular intervals, present Reports related to our activities as well as activities/trends used by Competition / other good brands
Be responsible for managing Online Reputation Management (ORM)
Additionally, also assist in Paid Digital Marketing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Minimum 3-4 years of experience (could be more) in social media management, including content strategy, community management, and paid social media
Exceptional writing and. editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative social media campaigns
Strong project management skills, with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn new things and take on new challenges
Excellent communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
Working knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience with video editing and production, creating Reels etc
Basic HTML/CSS skills,
