Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Support Executive role based in Chennai. The role involves providing online and technical support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Customer Support, Technical Support, and Online Support skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Proficiency in MS Office and other. relevant software applications
Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred
Understanding of stock trading and market operations is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline,
