Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive based in Mumbai. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, analyzing data, managing operational budgets, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost structure. The Operations Executive will also be responsible for communication within the organization and with clients. You will be interacting with vendors on a daily basis, placing purchase orders, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring order fulfillment.

Qualifications
 Experience with scouting and negotiating with vendors
. Obsess over customers and ensure customer satisfaction
 Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and vendors
 Ability to follow directions set by company and manage vendor escalations effectively
 Ability to juggle between different priorities while attaining all goals
 Ability and curiosity to learn required skills quickly
 Operations Management skills, including experience with lean management and process improvement
 Analytical Skills, including the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
 Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
 Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
 Experience with project management and budgeting software is a plus

Preferred Qualification:
 Experience in inventory management and optimum inventory maintenance in warehouse.
