Lead Technical Architect

Position- Tech lead/ Associate Architect

Location- Delhi NCR

Salary  18 to 48 LPA

Experience  6 - 12 years

Overview- We are seeking a skilled and motivated tech Lead / Associate Architect who will play a pivotal role in our development team. The ideal candidate should be a multi-technologist, full stack developer.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Tech lead or similar role.

3. Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .Net, Node.js)

4. In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.

5. Experience with database design and optimization.

6. Candidate should well verse with agile principles hands on programmer

7. Candidate should understand cloud technologies, docker, Kubernetes is a plus.

8. Candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills.

9. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

10. Great communication skills, both written and verbal.

11. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to the development team.

2. Lead by example through hands-on coding, code reviews, and technical contributors.

3. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope and objectives.

4. Create and maintain project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

5. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming and other Agile/Scrum activities.

6. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers and QA engineers, to achieve project goals.

8. Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

9. Enforcing coding standards, best practices, and ensure code quality through regular reviews.

10. Contribute to the architectural design of software solutions

11. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems, APIs and processes.

12. Create flow diagram for application architecture hands on relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, SQL server, MongoDB.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

2. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

3. Knowledge of multiple frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular)

4. Knowledge of backend technologies

5. Candidate should have good eye for application Architecture
