Sr. Learning and Development Associate / Soft Skill

As a Senior Learning and Development Associate/Soft Skill Trainer at Fynd, you will play a key role in enhancing the skills and competencies of our team members. You will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive soft skills training programs to support their professional growth and personal development. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, creating engaging learning materials, and facilitating interactive training sessions.

Responsibilities
 Design, develop, and deliver soft skills training programs tailored to the needs of our team members.
 Conduct training needs assessments and collaborate with department heads to identify learning objectives.
 Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, videos, and other multimedia resources.
 Facilitate training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring maximum engagement and participation.
 Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback to. continuously improve program content and delivery methods.
 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training and incorporate relevant insights into training programs.

Requirements
 Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
 Proven experience designing and delivering soft skills training programs, including communication skills, leadership development, and teamwork.
 Data analysis, reporting and basic dash boarding skills, proficient with MS Excel
 Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners of all levels.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse audiences.
 Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
 Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools is a plus.
