Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This work-from-home position is open to candidates located anywhere in India who can work the night shift to align with the PST time zone (Pacific Standard Time). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our IT services and driving business growth. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in selling IT services. Excellent communication skills with a preference for a US accent are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
 Conduct outbound calls to potential clients based in the United States, promoting our IT services and generating leads.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their business needs and present appropriate solutions.
 Achieve monthly targets by setting 40-50 appointments for our Canadian office.

Develop a deep. understanding of our IT services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our services in the market.
 Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Participate in regular sales meetings and provide insights and feedback on market trends.

Requirements:
 Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in selling IT services.
 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 Excellent communication skills, with a preference for a US accent.
 Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
 High level of self-motivation and drive to succeed.
 Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools.
