About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Operations Intern to support our Ed Tech operations team in daily tasks. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to learn about business operations and management while supporting various departments in our organization. The intern will work closely with our Ed Tech operations team to help streamline processes and ensure efficiency in our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with managing and organizing company files, records, and documents related to the Ed Tech industry
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete projects and assignments related to Ed Tech industry trends and analysis
Analyze and present data to support operations decision-making in the Ed Tech industry
Conduct research to identify areas of improvement within the Ed Tech industry and our company
Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks related to. the Ed Tech industry
Help with creating and implementing new processes to increase efficiency in the Ed Tech industry
Assist with managing and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS)
Assist with developing and delivering training materials to our team and clients related to Ed Tech operations and tools.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in business administration, operations, or a related field
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in the Ed Tech industry is a plus,
