Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist at Rudrakshi estate located in Noida. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue. They will work closely with team members to conduct market research, analyze trends and develop comprehensive marketing plans. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, as well as guiding and coordinating marketing efforts across channels and departments.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
 Experience with social media, email marketing, and marketing automation tools
 Strong. analytical and problem-solving skills
 Ability to work in a team and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
 Experience with event planning and advertising is a plus
