Swifterz Creative Services (LLP) is a service-oriented company that offers BIM and IT services to the entire AEC industry as well as other industries. The company is located in Bengaluru, India.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, managing projects, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Strong business acumen and proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Understanding of the AEC industry, IT, and BIM services
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
MBA or. other relevant graduate degree is a plus
Experience working with international clients is a plus,
