Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Sales Marketing located in Jhansi. The Assistant Manager Sales Marketing will be responsible for assisting the sales and marketing manager in achieving the company's sales and marketing objectives. The Assistant Manager Sales Marketing will also monitor market trends, prepare sales forecasts, analyze customer feedback and data, generate leads, and supervise the sales and marketing team.

Qualifications
 A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
 Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
 Team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced. environment
 Experience in the home appliances industry is a plus
 Experience in B2B sales is a plus
