Location: Bangalore Karnataka

Salary Between: Up to 4 LPA + Travelling Allowance + Performance Insensitive

Job Description:

 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and market share goals.

 Identify and target potential clients, including architects, contractors, venue managers, and distributors.

 Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer support.

 Monitor sales team performance and provide coaching and guidance as needed.

 Develop comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

 Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies.

 Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogues, and website content.

 Travel to the clients place/site is compulsory. It can be either. inter-city,
Intra-state or inter-state.

 Follow up with clients & Market Intelligence

 Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our auditorium chairs meet market demand and industry standards.

 Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer preferences.

 Position our products competitively within the marketplace and communicate unique selling points effectively.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;

 Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

 Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

 Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and marketing analytics tools.

 Knowledge of auditorium chairs or related products is advantageous.
