Digital Marketing Associate

We're looking for a high-performing creative and efficient individual to help us meet our customer acquisition and growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Closely collaborating and working with the core team in a high-paced start-up environment, you will be responsible for crafting marketing plans and executing them. The scope of work defined highlights the broad range of responsibilities we would like you to take. We are keen on finding someone who is self-motivated, hardworking, and entrepreneurial.
 Lead digital marketing efforts across all platforms
 Run creative ads and manage spends online and offline
 Create content (across platforms) and product marketing plans
 Manage website content, listings, and blogs
 Run offline marketing activities & coordinate our market plans - emailers, notifications, and broadcasts
 Market Analysis and Targeting
 Manage on-page and off-page SEO
 Responsible for Marketing metrics - AOV, CAC, LTV & Customer. Retention
