Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Development Manager located in Jaipur. The Operations Development Manager will be responsible for applying analytical and project management skills to streamline operations, manage communication, and oversee training programs.

Experience in operations management
Excellent communication skills
Ability to develop and implement employee training programs
Extensive experience in project management
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field
Relevant qualifications and. experience in the healthcare industry would be beneficial,
