Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Science Manager located in Bengaluru. The Data Science Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of statistical models and analytical solutions for FirstHive's customer data platform. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data analytics and provide guidance on analytical best practices.

 Data Science and Statistical Modeling skills
 Analytical Skills and Statistics expertise
 Data. Analytics experience
 Strong programming skills in languages such as R or Python
 Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
 Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
 Experience in the MarTech industry is a plus
 8 - 10 years of relevant experience,
