Job Description: As a Service Delivery Manager at Simple Logic IT Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of IT services to our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client requirements, managing service level agreements (SLAs), and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and escalations. Build and maintain. strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Service Delivery Oversight: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of IT services. Monitor service performance against SLAs and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns. Project Management: Manage the implementation of new services or projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular service reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high service standards and meet client expectations. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact service delivery and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of service delivery professionals, providing guidance and support as needed. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in service delivery management or a similar role within the IT industry. Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and best practices. Understanding of technologies (Oracle, SQL, PLSQL etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
