Business Development Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding business opportunities, building relationships, identifying new markets and clients, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, creating proposals, and collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to client onboarding.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Experience in developing growth strategies and identifying opportunities

Understanding of market research and analysis

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or related field

Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus
