Senior Python Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python programming and web application development. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Python-based applications that meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities
 Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python code for web applications, ensuring they meet functional and performance requirements.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software architects, UI/UX designers, and product owners, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
 Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and deployment.
 Conduct code reviews to ensure. adherence to coding standards and best practices, as well as identify areas for improvement.
 Troubleshoot and debug application issues, propose and implement effective solutions.
 Optimize application performance and scalability to deliver efficient and robust solutions.
 Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to enhance development processes and techniques.
 Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and support.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
 Proven experience as a Python Developer, with at least 8+ years of hands-on development experience.
 Strong proficiency in Python programming language and web frameworks such as Django or FastAPI or Flask.
 Solid understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
 Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
 Familiarity with database systems, particularly relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., SQLAlchemy).
 Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
 Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and debug complex issues.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
