Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an International Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, analyzing market trends and customer requirements, and managing and training a team of sales representatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an International Sales Manager or similar role
Demonstrable ability to drive sales growth and meet targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
In-depth knowledge of market research and analysis
Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively
Strong organizational and planning skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Fluency in English and proficiency in a second. language
Willingness to travel as needed,
