Job Responsibilities:
- Manage acquisition campaigns across social, SEM, and display channels.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Track and report key performance metrics with advanced analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on targeting and segmentation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new tools.
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.
- Work with cross-functional teams for cohesive marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop relationships with external partners for new marketing opportunities.
- Support overall marketing efforts with proficiency in various tools.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in performance marketing.
- Masters in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in B2B Performance Marketing, preferably with a digital media agency.
- Expertise in Meta ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to drive actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with media, creative agencies, and affiliate vendors.
