Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager located in Saket. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and prospecting new clients, maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring performance against targets.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role within the financial services industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the financial services industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales performance tools.
- Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
