Job Description:

As the Digital Marketing Manager at 10X Rise, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with clients to achieve their digital marketing goals. This is a leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
 Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet client goals and drive revenue growth.
 Campaign Management: Manage and optimize campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
 Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work and professional growth.
 Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance their online presence.
 Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
 Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximizing ROI.
 Brand Development: Work on building and enhancing the 10X Rise brand presence online through innovative marketing strategies.
 Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:
 Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in strategy development and execution.
 Proven experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
 Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
 Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
 Excellent leadership and team management skills.
 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
