Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative Air Exports at ECM Logistics Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. The selected professional will handle day-to-day air export customer service operations, which includes coordination with customers, airlines, and overseas offices for the smooth execution of exports.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service in the logistics industry or similar role.
Good understanding of export documentation and customs clearance processes.
Bachelor's degree or higher educational qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customers and internal teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide timely solutions.
