Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. The Regional Sales Manager will also analyze market trends and customer needs, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; MBA is a plus
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets and. goals
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs, and make data-driven decisions
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused and ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
