Motion Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Motion Graphics Designer Associate to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience and a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in motion graphics design. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our visual content, creating engaging animations, and contributing to our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

1-Develop visually appealing and dynamic motion graphics for various projects, including promotional videos, presentations, and social media content.

2-Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and create storyboards that effectively communicate ideas and concepts.

3-Execute animations using industry-standard tools and software, ensuring high-quality and seamless visual storytelling.

4-Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all motion graphic elements, aligning with the overall brand guidelines.

5-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including. videographers, editors, and marketing professionals, to bring creative visions to life.

6-Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve and innovate motion graphic designs.

Qualications / Experience required:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

2. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Motion Graphics Design.

3. Proficiency in video editing software and should have a background in Advertisement Agency (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Animate CC, or any other video editing software )

4. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

5. Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition

6. Basic understanding of animation principles

7. Strong creative ideas and visual storytelling skills

8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills

9. Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: Competitive compensation in the range of 5 - 7 LPA based on experience and skills.
