Job Title: Business Development Managers Open Positions: 5 Expertise: Staffing (Body Shopping)/ Medical Billing/ BPO Services/ Website Development/ Digital Marketing Location: Mohali, Hybrid Experience Required: Minimum 4+ Years Job Description: As a part of the "Sales & Business Development Team", you would be required to interact with the client on prospects over the phone as well as through written correspondence. You would be required to prospect, propose, negotiate, close deals and manage client accounts end-to-end. Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations. Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold. calling. Manage a team targets and can generate good revenue. Understand the requirement and client's need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources. As a BDM, you will be concentrating on US IT/ Non-IT/ Healthcare/ Pharma Staffing. Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business in the USA. Interact with clients on a daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill them. Handle a small team of recruiters, motivate and mentor them. Client relationship management. Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support. Partnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services projects. Leverage your existing relationships and network to open a new business Required Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as required above Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them. Aggressive and Target oriented with the ability to work in a multi-tasking, and self-motivated. Should be able to work Independently. Work end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets. Expert level technical recruitment skills.
