This position is for a leading electronics manufacturing organization. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an entry-level position suitable for a recent graduate or a candidate with little to no work experience.

Responsibilities:
 Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and follow up on them through phone, email and other communication channels
 Support the sales team in maintaining and developing customer relationships
 Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and other sales materials as needed
 Work with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on any customer issues or concerns
 Update the companys CRM system with accurate customer and sales information
 Work collaboratively with other teams such as marketing, product, and. customer support to ensure seamless customer experience
 Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
 Provide administrative support to the sales team such as scheduling appointments and arranging meetings

Requirements:
 Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong organizational and time-management skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
 Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
 Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
