Service Excellence: Ensure service delivery meets the high standards set by the company, aiming for client delight and retention. Requirements: Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Third-Party Product Sales, Research Advisory product sales, or a similar role within the financial services industry. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build rapport. Comprehensive understanding of financial products, market trends, and stock market trading mechanisms. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships.
