Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance our clients" efficiency and profitability. The Business consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct detailed business analysis to understand client requirements and challenges.
 Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
 Develop and present business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic solutions.
 Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making processes.
 Create process models, workflows, and diagrams to document current and future state processes.
 Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices.
 Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders.
 Monitor and evaluate the implementation of recommended solutions.
 Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:
 Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
 Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related role. Experience in strategic consultancy or working with start-ups is a plus.
 Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Familiarity with ERP systems, project management software, and data analysis tools is an advantage.
 Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
 Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
 Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
 Project Management: Experience in managing projects and delivering results within defined timelines.
 Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
 Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing client needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
